This week, we celebrate birthdays with Glen Riedel and Jenna Richardson on Tuesday (17th) and Kirsten Rocole on Thursday (19th).

Next week we will read Acts 17:16-31.

A "Ladies Adventure" is planned.  We are going to Hastings, NE to the Barn Festival. It is a craft type market with several vendors. Friday, May 20, let Wanda or Tammy know if you are interested in coming. Details and other stops are still in the works.

The Nickels invite you to a picnic in our backyard mid-late afternoon on Memorial Day. Please plan to bring a lawnchair and a side/dessert to share, and maybe let me know if you're coming (we plan to grill hot dogs and hamburgers).

The Return of Potluck - Almost! The Outreach Commission is planning an All-Church Meal and Corn Hole Tournament following the service on June 5. We will serve grilled burgers, hot dogs, and several sides. This is not a potluck where you bring food to share, but we could use a few people to make bars or cookies that will be served in individual baggies.  We will eat outside, so we are hoping for a good-weather day, but June 12 is our rain date.

A new church directory will be available this spring. Please contact Stauffers with any additions or changes to cell phone numbers, addresses, emails, etc.

We have a sharing fund to assist our members as well as those more loosely connected w/ us who are struggling with financial hardship. Please speak with someone on the nurture commission: Steve, Becky, Christian, and/or Ron.

CONFERENCE PRAYER REQUEST - Pray for the Board of Central Plains Mennonite Conference. We pray for wisdom and courage as they discern the best ways for Conference to continue supporting and encouraging and resourcing each local congregation for ministry.
