CONGOLESE WORSHIP  - Please join us on Sunday, August 8th for a Congolese worship. Come experience a Sunday service Congolese style and enjoy some homemade food! We will also participate in the offering by bringing our gifts forward that morning.

SUNDAY SCHOOL teachers needed! We are heading back to the classroom this fall and are looking for individuals who would like to teach our preschool, kindergarten through 3rd grade, or 4th through 6th grade Sunday schoolers. We need two teachers for each age group. To teach or substitute, please contact Sara Weber.

DIRECTORY - It's time to update our FMC directory. Please look at the pages on the tables in the Fellowship Hall and update address, phone numbers and email addresses for you and your family.

MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE - If you are interested in donating to this outreach, please consider donations to FMC, with Mortgage Assistance Fund in the memo line. Questions - contact Christian Mukuna, Rick Stauffer, Dallas Schlegel, Jim Buller, Joel Mpolesha, or Pastor Dave.

DRYWALL - Humble Hands Harvest drywalling—Would you like to put up some drywall?  Hannah Breckbill’s farm, Humble Hands Harvest, is having a house built, and Dave Nickel is planning to take a vanload from First Mennonite to do a day of drywalling at the house in Decorah, Iowa.  Schedule will probably be leaving late afternoon Wed Aug. 4, drywalling on the 5th, and returning that night or the morning of the 6th.  Housing will be provided by friendly neighbors.  Please contact Dave or Anita if you’re interested in helping.

TECH - We are thankful to Chad and Kathy for researching some updates to our tech deck. We have a few items (including a new computer) that we hope to purchase, especially to make projection and Zoom easier and more efficient to run. If you'd be willing to contribute to this project financially, please put a check in the offering with "tech" in the memo line.

DRIVERS - Nurture Committee is looking for drivers for October and December for one or several of our attendees to and from church on Sunday mornings. Please contact Steve Nitzsche.

We are also finding ourselves with a few more driving opportunities... please be discerning in how you might want to help out in coming weeks and months.
