WELCOME BABY ROSE – We welcome Cody Levi Rose, who was born at 12:12pm Friday, June 1st.  Cody was 8lbs 4oz and 20 inches. Congratulations Jeana, Spencer, and big sister Penny!  Mom and baby are doing well.

Saturday evening( 6/23)  we will host a hog roast here in the FMC yard... please plan on attending (Barb is planning the food, Dallas the games... so please talk to them if you can help).

Sunday morning (6/24) at 9:30a, the delegates will be joining us for worship and Rachel Springer Gerber will be sharing the message.


HABITAT ROOFING has been rescheduled for 6/21-2 (weather permitting). Please talk to Wade or Dallas if you're interested in helping.


MCC Golf Signup: It's time to signup for the MCC Golf Tournament held at the Centura Hills Golf Club in Cairo, NE on July 7th.  It's a 2 Person Scramble with Cart, Lunch, Awards, and Flag Prizes included.  Look for the poster in your church or at for details.  Email NebraskaMCCGolf [at] or contact Glen at 402-560-7818 via voice or text to sign your team up.  Signup prior to June 20 preferred.


CLASS - Our community / communion, baptism, and church membership Sunday school class is tentatively scheduled to begin July 1. There will be an all-church component to the class: we will host two all-adult Sunday school classes in August (and one in September) in which we will have a group discussion on each of the bolded topics above.  If you'd be willing to share a few minutes on one of these topics, please talk to Dave.


SALAD - Can you bring a salad to share at the church picnic?  Please make sure it has 12-15 servings. Let Wanda, Donna, or Barb if you can bring one.


MORTGAGE PLEDGE UPDATE: We continue to see generous pledges continue to come in to reduce the mortgage debt.  We have collected a total of $19,950 since our pledge campaign started.  Our mortgage balance now sits at $14,552 remaining.  Thank you to all who have contributed to reduce the mortgage debt.  If you would like to contribute to the mortgage reduction, please notate "Building Fund" in your check memo.


CONFERENCE PRAYER REQUEST -     Pray for Josh Lundberg, co-pastor at Kalona Mennonite Church, as he is ordained today. Pray for God's blessing for Josh, co-pastor Scott Swartzendruber, and the congregation as together they live and proclaim the gospel in Kalona, Iowa.
