Announcements

VOLUNTEER - We are looking for a few more volunteers to help roof a garage next Tuesday, 4/17 from 3p until we're done. It is located at 3755 N St. Please talk to Wade if you're interested/available.

 

MOWING - The 2018 mowing schedule is being drafted. Please contact Wade if you have a particular weekend you'd prefer.

 

FMC NEIGHBORHOOD GARAGE SALE has been scheduled for 5/5. Sellers are signing up--please contact me if you're interested in having tables.

 

WORK DAY - Along with the garage sale, the trustees are arranging a spring work morning on 5/5. Please talk to Thad if you have projects to add to the list and/or want to participate. Rumor has it that the youth will provide your lunch free of charge if you're willing to help 

 

SOFTBALL - The men's slow pitch softball team starts Monday, April the 16th at 7:15 at Ballard Field.  Come out and cheer them on!

 

YOUTH BAKE SALE – The Youth Group will have a food table at the Neighborhood Garage Sale to offer coffee, cinnamon rolls (the neighbors are already asking), and a bake sale.  Please sign up to donate baked goods and snacks for us to sell.  A sign-up sheet will be in the fellowship hall.

  

BASEBALL - The FMC 2nd Annual Baseball trip is planned for Wednesday, May 16th.  We will travel to Kansas City for a 1:15 Royals game with Tampa Bay, and return after the game.  Please notify Rick Stauffer or Dallas Schlegel by April 22nd if you are interested in attending.  Hope to see you at the stadium.

 

CONFERENCE PRAYER REQUEST -  Today Taric Leichty is being ordained at Bellwood Mennonite Church, Milford, Nebraska, where he is youth pastor. Pray for Taric and the congregation at Bellwood as they continue together in ministry, especially to the youth of Milford.
