ANNUAL MEETING - Our annual meeting has been scheduled on Wednesday, January 17. Leadership board members will be providing soup. Please bring something that goes along with it. Please come for supper at 6:30, and stay for the meeting, which will focus on general highlights from 2017, a look ahead to 2018, review and vote on the budget, and a vote on Elders.
ELDER ELECTIONS – The Elder nominations have been made for the open position, and the 2018 ballot will include the following: Anita Breckbill, Sheri Nitzsche, and Wanda Stauffer. Cast your votes at the congregational meeting on Wednesday, January 17th. Please continue to give this prayerful consideration.
SOCK TREE donations have been delivered to the People’s City Mission. Thanks to your generosity, there will be more warm toes (and more) in Lincoln!
DONATIONS given at our Annual meeting dinner will go to the Sharing Fund. This fund will be utilizing some of its gifts for the partial sponsorship of another individual who is going to need help in coming to the United States. We have learned recently that they have been selected as a new lottery winner from the Congo.
CONFERENCE PRAYER REQUEST - Pray for the Annual Meeting Task Group meeting on Wednesday of this week in Lincoln.
