POTLUCK – With the neighborhood party on Sept 16th, we are having the September potluck on Sept 24th, NOT the 17th.

STUDY - The Nurture Commission and Elders are working together to offer an all-church study (Upside Down Living: Sharing Faith Stories) beginning in September and encourage everyone to join in. We are asking all small groups to participate for the 6 lessons. We propose the groups meet Sept. 13, 27; Oct. 11, 25; Nov. 8, 15 and we will host an all-church wrap-up on Nov. 29th. We are excited about this all-church event!

SMALL GROUPS - If you're interested in joining a small group for the all-church study or other reasons, please talk to Sheri N (chair of nurture) or one of the elders: Wade, Wanda, or Dallas.

"Real discipleship includes authenticity. In small groups, people can really know you and how you struggle. They can see you deal with things honestly and know it is okay to live without masks." – “Church is a Team Sport” by Jim Putman

HARVEST PARTY - The Church Fellowship Committee would like to invite you to the Boshart Pumpkin Patch for food, fun, and fellowship on Sunday October 1st 5-7:30 pm at the home of Chad & Kathy Boshart.  Each child/child at heart will pick a pumpkin to take home!  The church will provide hotdogs.  Please bring chairs for you and your family, and the following by last name: A-M:  Chips, N-R: Pop, S-Z: Cookies and Bars.

SENIOR HIGH YOUTH kick-off will be at Rick & Wanda Stauffer's on Sunday, September 17 at 6 p.m. Come out for a cook-out!

CONFERENCE PRAYER REQUEST -    Next weekend in Freeman, South Dakota, the Central Plains conference board will meet jointly with the Christian Formation, Pastoral Leadership, Outreach & Service and Discernment Committees. Pray for these meetings and for Sid Burkey of Milford, Nebraska, who is our new moderator.
