ALL CHURCH SMALL GROUP - The first all church small group will be August 30 at 6:30p. Please bring "picnic food". It will be a kick off-for the all-church study and planning/canvassing for the neighborhood party.

STUDY - The Nurture Commission and Elders are working together to offer an all-church study (Upside Down Living: Sharing Faith Stories) beginning in September and encourage everyone to join in. We are asking all small groups to participate for the 6 lessons. We propose the groups meet Sept. 13, 27; Oct. 11, 25; Nov. 8, 15 and we will host an all-church wrap-up on Nov. 29th. We are excited about this all-church event!

SMALL GROUPS - If you're interested in joining a small group for the all-church study or other reasons, please talk to Sheri N (chair of nurture) or one of the elders: Wade, Wanda, or Dallas.

"Being in meaningful relationship with God and fellow believers is not optional for a Christian. That is the essence of the church!" --Palmer Becker

SENIOR HIGH YOUTH kick-off will be at Rick & Wanda Stauffer's on Sunday, September 17 at 6 p.m. Come out for a cook-out!

CONFERENCE PRAYER REQUEST -   Pray for Keith Slater as he prepares to lead three webinars to equip Central Plains members to facilitate Bible studies. Pray for the inspiration and leading of the Holy Spirit on all who plan for and participate in the webinars, that we might be transformed by our study of the Bible.
