SIGN UP – Curious about the Nuture Commission? Have an idea for the Outreach Committee?  What exactly is discussed at Leadership Board?  Please be praying about ways you might plug in at FMC, see the sign up sheets in the fellowship hall, and sign up. Talk to Dave Nitzsche or another member of gifts discernment if you are interested.

CONGO DISCUSSION - On Sunday July the 2nd, Christian Mukuna and Gustave Muamba will give us a report on the situation in the Democratic Republic of Congo.  This will take place during the Adult Sunday School hour, as will our existing Adult classes.  If interested please attend and bring your questions as we attempt to better understand what is happening to our Christian Brothers and Sisters in the Congo.

THANK YOU to all who are helping teach the children and youth Sunday School this summer.  There are still a few Sundays available.  Contact Wanda Stauffer if you are interested.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL will be July 10-12, from 6-8:30 pm at FMC, "Digging for Treasure." Please contact the VBS committee (Doug, Rachel, Jennifer) with any questions.

FAREWELL - We would like to let everyone at FMC know how much we love and appreciate you! It has been wonderful to be part of a faith community that encourages, values, and supports its members. We will always cherish the memories of the many meals in our home, in your homes, small group gatherings, worship, music, and singing. Most of all, we will always cherish the blessing of having grown in our faith together with you. Once we are permanently settled, we will let you know our address so you can plan winter visits. We love you!  - Jon and Janet

CONFERENCE PRAYER REQUEST - Pray for Central Plains staff and delegates who are going to Mennonite Church USA convention and delegate assembly in Orlando next week. Pray for safety in travel, for stamina, and that they will achieve the purpose God has for them.

JOIN US - Some FMC people gather Tuesdays for Jazz in June. The music starts at 7:00 but people gather 6:30ish for a picnic. Meet in front of Architecture Hall on the sculpture garden grass (If 11 th St. just kept going north past Q St. and through campus it would run right over our group).

Quarterly Theme Verse
