BIRTHDAY REMEMBERANCE - Today would have been David Breckbill’s 60th birthday.  In tribute to him, we are playing movements from Beethoven string quartets for the prelude and postlude.  The quartets by Beethoven were important to Dave throughout his life as a listener and as a music thinker.


POTLUCK/WEDDING SHOWER – Join us today after the service to celebrate the upcoming wedding of Jeremy and Julie.


EASTER SUNDAY – Please join us for Sonrise Service at 8am at FMC, and for Breakfast served by the Youth Group at 9am.  There will be no Sunday school.


AUCTION – Thank you everyone who donated items or bid on items at this month’s auction.  We had a great time, and raised $4,100 towards our trip to Convention in Florida this summer. 


MCC SALE - Please speak with Rhonda Brubacher for more opportunities to participate in the Nebraska MCC Sale (more info at Nebraska MCC Sale: www.nebraskamccsale.org).


CIRCLE OF GRACE - In April FMC will have our Circle of Grace training and lessons. April 2 Teachers meet following worship to receive curriculum and information. April 23 Lessons will be taught for Preschool - High School classes. Between 1-4 lessons will be taught over the following Sundays.


PIES/BREAD/ITEMS - Please have all food and donated items at the church by 5 pm on Thursday.  Or you can take them directly to Rhonda Brubacher or Kerm & Linda Wenger's homes by Thursday, whichever is more convenient.


LETS GET TOGETHER - Wednesday, May 10 for Bunko Night at 6:30 PM Everyone  please bring finger food.  On, Sunday, June 4, come for bowling at parkway lanes on 48th and Van Dorn at 2 PM. Also coming this supper is a picnic at Bethany Park-time and date TBD.


PRAYER REQUEST - Pray for the church in Venezuela and for David Boshart as he is currently attending the Venezuela Partnership meetings in Caracas (March 22 – 28).  Pray also for Don Kempf as he attends the Ecuador partnership meetings in Quito this week.  Pray for the building of healthy relationships, discerning meetings and safe travels.


ROOM TO RENT - Charlene Jansing, a friend of Jim and Carol and Rick and Wanda, is looking for a room to rent. If you have one available or know of someone who might, please let them know.


CHOIR - FMC will be joining with Antelope Park Church of the Brethren for Good Friday services again this year. A joint choir will sing during the service 6pm on Friday, April 14, which will be held at Antelope Park Church (3645 Sumner St). Singers are encouraged to attend as many rehearsals as possible, but it is especially important to attend the final rehearsal on April 12. If you have any questions, contact Jon Stanton.
